Elite successfully executed the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Life Safety works for the four-story Aster Sanad Hospital Extension Project, a 54-bed healthcare facility built to international hospital standards. The scope included full installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems to support critical medical operations and patient care environments.

Scope of Work and Installed Systems:

Electrical Systems:

  • Power Distribution: Installation of transformers, generators, and main distribution boards ensuring reliable power supply
  • Lighting and Small Power: Comprehensive lighting, emergency lighting, and power network with energy-efficient controls.
  • Low Voltage Systems: Full infrastructure including structured cabling, data, telephone, and access point systems.
  • Low Current Systems: Installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm, and BMS systems for integrated monitoring and security.
  • Hospital Systems: Addressable Nurse Call Systems designed for healthcare-grade reliability.
  • Other Installations: SmaTV system, lightning protection, UPS systems, elevator connections, and cable management through cable trays.

Mechanical Systems:

  • Firefighting and Suppression: Complete wet sprinkler system with FM200 clean agent system for sensitive areas.
  • Plumbing and Drainage: Installation of domestic water supply network with circulation and booster pump sets, main water tanks, and hot water systems.
  • HVAC Systems: Central Chiller System with AHUs, FCUs, split units, chilled water pumps, chemical dosing pumps, pressurization and exhaust systems ensuring hospital-grade air quality and pressure control.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Full air and water balancing, system performance verification, and quality assurance.
  • Sanitary Installations: Toilets, sinks, and water heaters across all patient and service areas.
