  • Warehouse crane and internal/external lighting systems.

Mechanical Systems:

  • Firefighting and plumbing systems with booster pump sets and storage tanks.

What was Elite’s main responsibility in the Esnad Industrial Factory project?

Elite executed the complete MEP works for the warehouse, administrative building, and guard room, including full installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.

Through advanced power distribution, structured cabling, CCTV and access control, firefighting and plumbing networks, HVAC systems, and reliable lighting and UPS solutions, the project enhanced operational efficiency, safety, and long-term system performance.
