The SEMA Industrial Complex comprises two warehouses, an administrative building, and multiple guard rooms. Elite executed full MEP works, providing installation, testing, and commissioning.

Scope of Work and Installed Systems:

Electrical Systems:

  • Power distribution including transformers and MDBs.
  • Data, SmaTV, telephone, and access point systems.
  • Low-voltage and structured cabling infrastructure.
  • CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm systems.
  • Warehouse crane power integration and lighting systems.
  • Lightning protection, UPS, and electrical panels.

Mechanical Systems:

  • Firefighting and plumbing systems with booster pump sets and main water tanks.
  • HVAC with split AC units and exhaust fans.
  • Complete sanitary fixtures including toilets, sinks, and water heaters.

What was Elite’s primary role in the SEMA Industrial Factories project?

Elite executed the complete MEP scope across warehouses, administrative facilities, and guard rooms, delivering full installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

Through advanced power distribution, structured cabling, CCTV and access control, firefighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems, the project strengthened safety, improved site productivity, and ensured seamless performance across all industrial and administrative areas.

The project covered transformers, MDBs, LV networks, structured cabling, warehouse crane connections, lighting, UPS, firefighting, plumbing, booster pumps, HVAC, sanitary fixtures, and comprehensive testing and commissioning for all installed systems.
